NV | Jeeper XXI Rosé Brut | Champagne Equipo Navazos This could easily be enjoyed

This could easily be enjoyed now but I would be inclined to hold it for at least another 2 to 3 years first

Harvest was fairly late and the grapes were partially destemmed before fermenting using a gentle extraction and ageing in cask for a year

On the palate it is fresh and intensely fruity

recovering old vines of local grape varietals

Medium-long on the finish

NV | Jeeper XXI Rosé Brut | Champagne Equipo Navazos This could easily be enjoyedThis Champagne has a pretty nose of wild strawberry fruit fresh floral notes and some nice chalky mineral seashell like character to the bouquet with a bit of peppery spice on the nose. A lovely creamy texture on the tongue with a nice amount of light red berry fruit here on the finish, chalky seashell like mineral notes here lingering through the finish.
