With a beige base lining with black floral crochet overlay, it has the beachy charm that anyone could appreciate. Skirt has buttons lining the middle of the skirt, and a bow at the waistline. One side of bow detaches so one can easily enter the garment, as well as clasps to hold it in place. One clasp is missing as pictured. Skirt has weight but maintains breathability.
