The wines are made the same way as the top Seresin bottlings, just with broader sourcing and a lighter hand in the cellar. The 2023 Pinot Noir comes from Seresin's three certified biodynamic estate vineyards in the Wairau Valley and is aged twelve months in older barriques, so oak
