a continuous fermentation was carried out over the course of a few weeks

The fruit has been harvested on the 20th of September and spontaneously fermented in 700 and 1000L fibre glass barrels and 500L plastic barrels without temperature control

but also the same “everyday easy drinking” vibe

2023 Thibaud Boudignon Savennieres Clos Devant le Jeu, Loire, France 1.5L Magnum St. Agrestis Skins pressed on the spring2023 is the inaugural vintage of this cuve. It sits below Clos de Frmine, one of Boudignons other Savennires sites, near La Possonnire. A warm, south facing slope with shallow, schist dominant soils lightly mixed with sand. Wine arrives late May, 2026.
