These varieties are co-fermented and de-stemmed and open fermented while left on skins for 2 -3 weeks through its entire fermentation

2018 Mount Eden Vineyards 'Domaine Eden' Cabernet Sauvignon Santa Cruz Mountains, USA Austria • Careful selection of grapesA true Bordeaux blend encompassing the top five Bordeaux grapes varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (82%), Merlot (11%) and Cabernet Franc (4%) with small additions of Petit Verdot and Malbec. The lots are fermented separately using natural fermentations, and aged in 50 50 French and American oak (2 5 years old) for 2 years. No fining or filtration conducted prior to bottling, just like the Estate regimen.
