whilst other sellers may have the size listed as 30 x 40 inches if you ask them to measure it exactly I am sure they will measure 29 ½ x 39 ½ inches

11 x 4 cm burn mark on the top edge (near left corner) there is a 2 x 1 cm patch of paper loss and a tiny spot of paper loss along with a 3 cm tear within this burn mark
