Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022) Vinification: 25% whole cluster, 3 week ambient yeast fermentation in concrete tank with foot punch downs, aged for 12 months in used barrels (up to 15% new), blended and aged for an additional 2 months in tank.
