2013 Chateau Rayas, Chateauneuf Du Pape, Rhone Valley, France Margins • 100% Ugni Blanc grown100% Grenache. Whole bunch fermentation in concrete vats for 10 14 days with native yeast. The wines are then aged for another 12 months in 80 100 year old foudres.
