Fermented and aged in concrete with native yeasts, 30% in whole bunches, the expressive nose offers wild strawberry, candy, rose petals and white pepper. Light and fresh, with gentle tannins and a pleasant finish, it will pair well with charcuterie, pts and cheeses. 93 Pts Decanter
