2023 Cameron Winery Reserve Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, USA Chevillard the Lark BlockFrom estate owned vineyards in the heart of the Dundee Hillson Jory soils, volcanic ash over claythe grapes were hand picked, fermented with native yeasts in small open top tanks with gentle daily pump overs, and aged for approximately 16 months in French oak barrels (40% new) before bottling unfiltered with a light touch of sulfur.
