Canon sits up on the limestone plateau just outside the village of Saint milion, the terroir that gives the appellation's most aromatic, mineral driven wines. 2019 was an exceptional year on the Right Bank, and this is Canon at its most seamless: ripe but lifted, deeply fruited but framed by that cool limestone spine.
