Hillside and organically farmed, a section of the vineyard is planted to Swan clone Pinot Noir on the rootstock 420A in Goldridge soils. 20% of the blend undergoes a short carbonic fermentation for 8 10 days, and the balance of the fruit is whole cluster pressed and fermented in barrel. These components are then assembled in the spring of 2025 without fining
