The 60 Quart Aluminum Stock Pot differs from our larger stock pots. This stock pot is also considered a steaming pot and lobster pot due to its steaming capabilities. The aluminum stock pot has an indention which holds the stock pot basket off the bottom. This gives you about two inches in the bottom for your liquid for perfect steaming. The Bayou
