Complex mouth, a perfect balance between alcohol and acidity, which makes this wine terrifically food friendly. Try with sushi, and even a shrimp curry or beautiful pan fried scallops. Blend: 54% Mourvdre, 25% Cinsault, 19% Grenache, 2% Clairette
