The clips are easily removed should one wish to take it apart (which I did for the ease of documenting) and also easy to to reassemble

this would look great in all sorts of contexts

Its mane is chipped along the edge (visible from certain angles) as well

Whoever made it did take care to make those delineations, though, carving them into the wood as well, it appears, as marking them with graphite.
