Very Last of the Old Birdlover's Watercolors: Hooded Merganser rosse pottery I found this one along

I found this one along with an original pink triangle pin and a 1983 Christopher Street Liberation Day pin (the predecessor to the Gay Pride Parade)

this one representing gradations between black and white

and with a really nice warm patina

divided into three sections

This is one of a a number of old pine carved whimsies I purchased together and believe were all made by one American carver

Very Last of the Old Birdlover's Watercolors: Hooded Merganser rosse pottery I found this one alongTruly the very last few today from a great bunch of old naive watercolor of birds done by someone long ago who was quite serious about his birds! Each and every one of them a charmer I think, this one portraying a proud Red Breasted Merganser, with wonderfully careful hand written attribution. 7" x 5" and in very good condition.
