Description
and my predicted range assumes that will occur over time
The 2009 Croft has a tightly wound bouquet of blackberry
after which it should last for 7-8 years
and eight single-vineyard wines claim this provenance
a touch of asparagus gives the wine a greenness in the middle palate but there's also plenty of supporting dark fruit and graphite minerality
Climens other_regions and my predicted range assumesLeaning to the orange side of the style range, with strong notes of honeysuckle, apricots, flowers and stone. The wine is medium bodied, fresh and lively. With time, this should improve as it fills out, gaining complexity on the nose and palate.
