Ramonet, Bourgogne Aligote Size:12x750ml broad and fantastically complex flavorsAn exuberantly fresh and spicy nose speaks mostly of green apple and lemon lime scents. There is a lovely sense of verve and detail to the lightly stony flavors that offer acceptable depth and persistence on the bitter lemon rind inflected finish. Note that this refreshing effort could be enjoyed now or held for a year or two first.
