Dutch Boy Smoking Pipe, Hand-drawn Watercolor Postcard, 1924 woman with baby Or a cracked egg onI've come to understand that a Dutch boy in clogs was a common subject for hand drawn postcards in the first quarter of the 20th century, and was used as the basis for all sorts of playful variations.
