It appears to be signed along the right edge of painting

With a satisfying dark red roof and nicely crackled creamy white paint. 7 1 2" l x 3 1 2" w x 4 1 4" t. Very good condition, c. 1920s 30s I believe, sturdy and steady on its feet.
