Description
Give it some time still
or let it develop in bottle over the next 5-7 years
Full-bodied and concentrated
The flavors are precise and concentrated with enough silky tannin to suggest that another 2-3 years of bottle age would allow further evolution
This is one of the best 1985s I have tasted from Sauternes
