There is a little loss along the upper right far edge

much played with but all the better for it I think

I actually found this one in a thrift shop a few years ago and just rediscovered it

especially alongside some silver of any sort or collection of lacquer boxes

This I believe was done as an art interior design school exercise, probably mid 20th century of so, and I have to imagine the student got an A+, with even the view out the window attended to. I don't come across these very often, and even less often one so
