Palate is flinty and smooth; distinct mineral framework kissed by stone fruit and grapefruit essence. Abbazia di Novacella is a historic Estate and Abbey, one of the oldest active wineries in the world, dating back to the 1100's. As early as in 1177, Pope Alexander III confirmed the Monasterys ownership of vineyards in the vicinity. As proven by archeological finds, viticulture has been practiced on
