Half Beef Share Lamb Our goal with this LightOur Half Beef Share includes 211 lbs of individually wrapped cuts, processed in California from a single animal raised on open pasture by our farm partner, Sinton & Sons, in Paso Robles, CA. Each share is grass fed, grass finished, GAP Step 4 certified, and processed by a USDA inspected butcher. You receive a balanced mix of premium steaks, everyday cooking cuts, bones, and ground beef vacuum sealed. *Please note beef share purchases are not eligible
