Leitz 14127 Leica M to R adapter digicam and four rechargeable AA batteriesThe Leitz 14127 Leica M to R adapter lets you mount your Leica R camera to an M mount Visoflex or bellows. You can theoretically mount an M lens on your R camera with this adapter, but you will absolutely not get anywhere close to infinity focus, so do not buy it for this purpose. Light cosmetic wear, good function.
