The grapes that we used for this wine were hand harvested in small 15 kg trays on April 16th and 17th 2013

The remaining 35% was sourced from the Redwood Valley in Mendocino on the Finnish Colony Bench

18% Viognier & 8% Malvasia

with lots of sun cooled by evening breezes keeping both dense fruit and acidity levels for freshness
