22ʺ w  × 15" tall and in great vintage condition

This scoop is in great shape and ready to use for scooping grain or flour or meal

giving a bit of a sense of moody weather while perfectly setting off this wonderfully carved and painted dog

I haven't been able to figure out the artist behind this painting
