I don't believe this set of 70 represents a complete set but I'm not entirely sure
and I think in ink and I might guess crayon
One nail securing the horizontal bar across the back is loose due to a split in the wood
one of these before--that one with a 1871 patent mark and completely greened patina
and the latter giving the iron a tactile snakeskin-like pattern on one side and a notched/striped one on the other
