Gorgeous Antique Mahogany Flame Shaped Finials blocks in wooden box Some aging to the celluloidSuch beautiful things! Found in Massachusetts, I believe these are mahogany, 19th c if not earlier, and were certainly once attached to some fine thing. I love them just as sculptural wooden objects to set somewhere, but with small holes in their bases they could certainly be used as finials once again. Sold as a pair. 4 1 16 t x 1 7 16 d ea. Excellent condition, with what appears to be a small dab of white paint on one of them, as pictured.
