Last year from barrel this was restrained to the point of being almost mute but that is no longer the case as the nose is now overtly expressive with very ripe and again borderline exotic aromas of yellow orchard fruit along with the more classic scents of citrus

2002 was an easy vintage

A lush style

leaving a compact yet complex finish that echoes the fruity and savory notes
