Elio Altare Langhe Nebbiolo, 2024 Suisun Valley Grapes sourced along the NorthernRipe blackberry, sweet strawberries, vanilla cream, brush, cedar, sweet flowers. Palate continues nose with hints of wild mint laced with ripe dark berries, candied strawberry, raspberry meringue, softened with cream touches and brightened with a raspberry finish. The Altare family purchased their land and winery in 1948, growing not only grapes but also orchard fruit and hazelnuts. Sylvia, Elio and Lucias oldest daughter, is leading the way but this
