but as I started photographing them I realized they are maybe even better for building tabletop sculptures

and also the solid blue ones appearing almost black

and just fell in love with the look of it

and the color on this one is stunning

There’s a bit of variation to the glaze

Apex Tire and Rubber Co. 1950s Pail, Shovel, Rake, Boat and Ball mole but as I started photographingYes, alas, summer is well over in my neck of the woods, but it is always beach time somewhere, and I though this terrific never used Apex Rubber beach toy set would make an especially fabulous gift for a child or grandchild. I've seen a few vintage 1950s Apex rubber shovels around in the past, and occasionally a pail, but never have I seen a complete set like this, and the boat, especially, seems quite a rare one. Excellent painterly color, never used
