The style and the amount of gilding lost make me think it is pretty old

Their size and their make-do resourcefulness makes me think perhaps they worn born at a restaurant

with a Helen Henkel having put her own stamp on it through watercoloring a dozen or so of its many plates

and great looking

Pure potential, and just beautiful things. I really love the c. 1950s graphics on the box holding this near half gross of (mostly) Reliance Pen and Pencil Co. Ravenwood 1080 No. 2 Hexagon pencils, too. The few odd ones mixed in (pictured) are a few Wallace "Swift" No 2 pencils, one Hammett's Kendall, and one Venus Forum No. 3.
