Lovely Old Academic Sketch of Seated Young Woman my girl cup Late 19th or very early

Late 19th or very early 20th century and British I believe

Though maybe just a peck

sound and smoothly rocking

I found this drawing/painting at the estate sale of the late NYC/Wellesley

discovered in Paris by a Belgian seller

Lovely Old Academic Sketch of Seated Young Woman my girl cup Late 19th or very earlyFeels like she's emerging from the ether, barely there but very beautiful. And one could read a whole lot of things into that expression. A lovely, quiet drawing, nice for an intimate space. 12" x 9". Early 20th century I believe. Good antique condition, with some light scattered smudging, I don't think at all detracting.
