Seghesio "Rapui" Langhe Bianco, 2022 malvasia aged in French oak barriqueWhite grapefruit, pomelo, tangerine with some saline minerality. Palate is defined and structured with citrus and almond. All fermentation and aging in steel, no oak. Drink as an aperitif or pair with fish, soft cheeses, white meat, shellfish. 100% Incrocio Manzoni, which in this case is a crossing of Riesling & Pinot Bianco by Luigi Manzoni. The Seghesio family bought the estate in 1964 after the sharecropping system ended, selling the grapes.
