It has worked hard

and the less old usually done with just one or two colors for the darning

though it would be pretty easy to reorient

Man, Mote Brothers , Richmond Indiana boy on turtle was a borrowed costume atA c. 1870s carte de visite, of a very Lincoln esque gentleman, who seems possibly Quaker, given his dress and the source of the cdv: the Mote Brothers, Quaker City Gallery, Richmond, Indiana. I am a bit confused about whether a photo of a painting or not I think perhaps a photo of a photo that had been embellished with hand painting (especially evident on neck tie and jacket.) I love it for that ambiguity, and for his great face! 4 3 16" X 2 1 2".
