Thomas Fogarty Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay 2017 BEAUNE we embrace the artisanal spiritThe 2017 Chardonnay was aged a year in 20% new French oak barrels and an additional six months in stainless steel. It opens to aromas of toast and baklavapistachio, honey and pastrywith notes of oats, Golden Delicious apple and baked quince. The palate is medium bodied, rounded and savory, lifted by citrusy accents and tangy acidity, finishing long, savory and textured
