This tea bowl is signed on the bottom with a name and several marks (see photos) but I am unable to decipher it

I've shot it a few different ways--the views from an angle are more accurate

with ten ticks on the left dial advancing the middle one

With the most beautiful ink and colored pencil drawings diagrams throughout, making microscopic growths and cellular structures look every bit as wondrous as
