Woolf Barnato was one of the Bentley Boys, and was one of the racing team's best drivers. He won Le Mans three times for Bentley between 1928 and 1930. He was heir to the Barnato Diamond Mining Co, and saved Bentley from bankruptcy in the 1920s, becoming chairman in 1929, until Rolls Royce took over.
