Cismontane Black's Twilight Bourbon Barrel Aged Sour Imperial Stout x221110 Sour - Ale | 6%This bourbon barrel aged stout spent some quality time with friends lactobacillus and pediococcus while in it's wooden home. The results? Beautiful, rich bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with a hint of tartness on the finish! It's wonderfully different in a subtle and balanced way. The hairs stand up on my arms when I think about it!!! 11% ABV 50 IBU
