In silver with white, green and violet enamels, a starburst pattern with a central red glass cabochon, obverse mirrors the reverse, a 3 5 3 configuration in the Paulownia flowers designating it as V class, measuring 45. 6mm (w) x 71. 3mm (h), weighs 38. 9 grams (inclusive of ribbon), worn on original ribbon which has been stained purple, hook and eye on reverse of ribbon, enamels intact, very minor contact marks,
