A Saxon Civil Merit Order; 2Nd Class Knight Cross With Swords Newly Listed in used but overall veryType II (1871 1918): Four piece construction, silver gilt with green, black and white enamels, marked "R" on the edge of the bottom arm, 34. 7 mm, original ribbon, flaking evident on the left arm and crazing on the right arm in the white enamels on the obverse, near extremely fine.
