Germany, Third Reich. A Luftschutz Crowd Control Leader Armband GTRexclude pin on reverse marked “107”(Luftschutz Armband). Constructed of dark blue wool, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white cotton bands, with a central painted white letter O, unmarked, measuring 205 mm (l) x 82 mm (h), minor soiling evident, with soiling and several mothing holes evident to the wool, in overall better than very fine condition.
