Parcellaire Blanc & Sauvignon 2020 Craziness 1 melon and pink pepperParcellaire Blanc and Sauvignon from Zillinger is made of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The old vineyards are located high up, on cool airy hilltops, resulting in a light, balanced and aromatic white wine. Not too high in acidity with charming aromas of elderflower and lemon, slightly reductive, very delicious!
