SQUARE TUBE LOCKING ROD RACKS Bait Designed with the West CoastProduct Description These locking racks are made from mild carbon steel that has been painted to resist salt conditions, they can be mounted either with a locktight through bolt or you can purchase the mounting brackets for most roof rack brands. They are meant to replace the back part of a ski rack so your reels will be locked up instead of hanging freely. *LOCK NOT INCLUDED*
