A Heer Leutnant Waffen SS Untersturmfhrer insignia, constructed of green rayon, the obverse bearing a overlaid by a black dyed rectangle bearing a green oak leaf cluster and single bar, unmarked, measuring 115 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition. 2. A Heer Oberleutnant Waffen SS Sturmbannfhrer insignia, constructed of green rayon, the obverse overlaid by a black dyed
