Di colore scuro impenetrabile, ha un cappello di schiuma che ricorda il cioccolato al latte. La grande quantit di avena gli conferisce una cremosit quasi da tazza di cioccolata fumante mentre il discreto tenore alcolico (7% alc.) rimanda al ripieno di un Cuneese al liquore. Si abbina ai dessert ma anche ai formaggi stagionati.
