A well preserved Wehrmacht combat knife, measuring 27 cm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 15 cm long, nickel plated, magnetic steel blade which retains period original sharpening to both the tip and lower edge. Unmarked, the blade emanates from a guard and tang, the latter featuring a two piece wooden handle grip fixed in place with three rivets. Accompanying the knife is its original scabbard,
