(1930 1945 issue). Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a stylized belt and buckle around a raised letter R, with a central chariot and driver on a hollow background, the reverse with a barrel hinge and flattened vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked L. CHRISTIAN LAUER, NRNBERG,
