Constructed of a white cotton rayon blended cloth base, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with a blue rayon tresse, overlaid by a central insignia in the form of a white rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered black Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked on each side by a blue rayon tresse, unmarked, measuring 19. 5 cm (w) x 10 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface,
